Get Healthy the Witchy Way

The Healthy Witch Wellness program focuses on mindset, motivation, and behavior. It is designed to help you get healthy, not necessarily lose weight, but find your personal wellness. (With the help of your doctors, of course.) It’s designed for people more at home in a coven then an athletic club. It’s designed for people who are more curious about crystals and chakras than kettlebells and crunches.

As it turns out, witchcraft and the esoteric arts have a lot to teach us about health and wellness. Witchcraft is all about intention and mindset, both of which directly impact how we make health decisions.

She is a practicing Book Witch and loves long walks in the woods, traveling to new places, and studying ancient deities and rituals.
